Business Assessments
You need to know what your business really looks like. We break down major areas of consideration for assessing whether an enterprise is or can be a business, highlighting revenues, expenses and assessing the competitive environment. The investment you make in your business are ongoing; it is important to continue to maximize the value of your existing assets. Our Business Assessment (BA) does just that: helps you get the most from your investment by detecting opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements. An assessment is a fast way to identify your company’s strengths and weaknesses through a comprehensive review of your operations. The assessment gathers information about many different areas and aspects of your company, and then pinpoints areas for improvement and opportunities to capitalize on. Most importantly, the assessment allows you to "see the big picture" and then put priorities in perspective. With a company assessment, you use time and money cost-effectively as you plan for and implement changes in your company. Our BA group is committed to assisting local companies with industrial and business effectiveness strategies. We can help you develop long-term, profitable solutions.

Benchmarking is a way of discovering what is the best performance being achieved – whether in a particular company, by a competitor or by an entirely different industry. There are four primary types of benchmarking: internal, competitive, functional, and generic.
1. Internal benchmarking is a comparison of a business process to a similar process inside the organization.
2.Competitive benchmarking is a direct competitor-to-competitor comparison of a product, service, process, or method.
3. Funtional benchmarking is a comparison to similar or identical practices within the same or similar functions outside the immediate industry.
4. Generic benchmarking broadly conceptualizes unrelated business processes or functions that can be practiced in the same or similar ways regardless of the industry.
