We undertake Business Excellence Assessments ranging in scope from those with a strategy delivery focus to those with an operational performance focus, and in depth from a high level view to a detailed analysis. For example:
• Senior leaders may well be grappling with issues relating to strategy execution. We can look at the delivery mechanisms and performance measurement systems and identify the strengths and weaknesses.
• Senior leaders may wish a ‘quick and easy’ health check of the organization to be carried out to identify any key issues that need addressing. We can conduct a high level overview assessment involving only minimal preparation by the organization.
• The management team may wish a detailed analysis of the whole, or part of, the organization to be carried out to identify both detailed as well as more significant strengths and opportunities for improvement. We can put in place a team of assessors that carry out an in depth assessment of all activities and measurement systems that are in place.
• The management team may have ambitions to gain public recognition for the organization’s achievements by applying for and winning Awards such as the prestigious EFQM Excellence Award (Europe), the Baldrige Award (USA), and the EFQM Recognised for Excellence
(Worldwide). Through our external and objective assessment focus we can provide a realistic view of the organisation’s performance to help inform management decision making.

out in a sensitive and supportive manner an assessment that helps both the new manager and his/her team to see where there strengths are upon which to build, and where opportunities for improvement exist.
